WHY BUY A SPECIAL TOOL
This might seem like a foregone question, but if we think about it, maybe it isn't quite so. It is clear that usually a special hard metal tool is purchased when standard tools fail to meet the characteristics of a specific mechanical machining, but this is not always true.
There are situations when a special tool is purchased, not because the standard ones are not enough, but because they can:
- perform better the same job as common tools because they are designed to order for the specific machining
- carry out the work of several standard tools (combined machining), reducing milling times and therefore saving money (despite the fact that the price of a special tool is higher)
- have greater machining accuracy when combined machining is involved
WITH THE COVER YOU CAN SAVE
When studying the tool, the possibility of applying the coating is also considered and, depending on the need, the most suitable coating for the case is chosen.
A coated tool acquires greater resistance to materials, increases the effectiveness of the cut and therefore also its duration is prolonged over time.
The coating also allows tools to work at higher cutting speeds and reduce wear. For these reasons, coated tools are able to generate savings, increasing productivity, even in the presence of a higher initial investment (the cost of the coating).

DELIVERY TIME
The supply of a special tool is no longer a pipe dream and our company, on average, manages to deliver (special tools without coating) within a week from the day of the order.
If the special tool requires coating, delivery times vary from 2/3 weeks depending on the type of coating required.
