The current year has already given its signal to the market taking with it the aftermath of 2020, but we at ABTools are preparing to face the future with a series of interesting actions that fill us with enthusiasm and desire to do.
We have planned a very intense 2021 that will lead us to a change of pace with important investments both in resources and in structure.
WE STRENGTHEN THE COMMERCIAL NETWORK
For some time we had intended to strengthen our commercial presence in Italy and abroad, but our product is very special and belongs to a very technical market niche that requires competent and well-trained people.
We have identified in Luca and Dario two professionals who, in our opinion, have what it takes to be able to represent us in a profitable way thanks to their great experience in the industrial mechanics sector.
LUCA
Luca will take care of customers in northern Italy, being based in Treviso in the heart of the Veneto region of small and medium-sized production companies.
With a background in mechanical engineering, a professional life spent in the sale of numerical control machines and tools, he knows his market very well and is able to communicate perfectly with even the most technical customers.

DARIO
Given his great experience in foreign markets, Dario will take care of expanding the clientele outside of Italy.
Coming from the world of Visual Communication, with a service experience in well-known and important companies in the sector, he immediately proved to be a dynamic and enthusiastic person for this new project.
We plan to increase our foreign presence already during the year and then consolidate and expand over the next three years.

WE ENTER THE DIGITAL
The world changes and we want to change with it to keep up with the times.
For this reason we have decided to enhance the commercial digital section of the company starting from our website. We believe that by now it is no longer possible to postpone a serious presence on the web since every transition is always mediated first by the web.
To do this we turned to Enzo (www.enzotassan.it), an expert in the sector who works exclusively for small businesses and helps them build an effective reputation in the web world.
After deciding the marketing strategy with him, we immediately started building our site which we plan to finish at the end of March 2021.
For us it is a very important step and not unrelated to the strengthening of the traditional sales network because the work we will do with digital will be an important help to Luca and Dario in the search for new customers.
From Enzo we want to learn and embrace the digital mentality in order to make the potential of our company better known.
DO-IT-YOURSELF TOOL
This will be a great news that will allow our customers to save a lot of time in requesting special tools.
We are developing a dedicated vertical platform, which will allow our customers to build their tool themselves starting from the type of machining.
The platform will be able to process the request and present enough information to allow us to go directly to the machine and produce the required tool.
You will therefore have understood that the great advantage of this system will be the lowering of production times which will allow even faster deliveries.
We are working to be able to present the platform at the next MECSPE fair in Bologna (https://www.mecspe.com/it) where customers can try their hand at building their own special tools.
As you can understand from what we have designed, our company intends to strengthen itself and above all to keep up with the times to better face the challenges that the future will face us.
